There are 3 possible scenarios when you sell a property in Canada:

Scenario 1: The buyers are NOT working with a buyer's agent - ZERO commission paid!
  • The buyers find your property on REALTOR.ca or FSBO.ca
  • OR, they find your property on one of the dozens of real estate websites your property is posted to via our syndication services with other websites
  • The buyers are NOT using the help of an agent
  • The seller and buyer deal direct - NO AGENT(S) PAID!
Scenario 2: The buyers ARE working with a buyer's agent - possible 1/2 commission paid!
  • The buyers OR an agent find your property on REALTOR.ca or FSBO.ca
  • OR, they find your property on one of the dozens of real estate websites your property is posted to via our syndication services with other websites
  • The buyers ARE using the help of an agent
  • The seller, buyer's agent & buyers negotiate commission

Scenario 3: TWO agents are involved (a listing agent & buyer's agent) - FULL commission paid! (We do NOT offer this.)
  • The sellers are using the help of an agent
  • The buyers are using the help of an agent
  • Commission is paid to BOTH agents
