The location is very private and low density, still with many opportunities possible, due to the exploding population influx, of Big City dwellers, moving into a Smaller community, close by the big City of Vancouver. Excellent highway, fast travel time, with lots of recreation and other opportunities to grab. If really "Gung Ho ambiguous", or if more into sports and recreation, a fine location to set up here.
